Ce sang de porc séché est parfait pour faire du boudin noir, surtout si vous souhaitez utiliser votre propre recette.

Le taux d'utilisation suggéré est de 1 volume de sang pour 4 volumes d'eau. Vous pouvez utiliser plus d'eau, mais cela réduira la force du gel.

Conserver dans un endroit frais, sec et sombre, à l'abri de la lumière directe du soleil.
Une fois ouvert, refermer et conserver comme ci-dessus.
