Our Food grade STPP Sodium TriPolyPhosphate (E451) is an emulsifier and preservative used in the production of sausages and other meat products. Phosphate helps to bind meat and fat, helps retain moisture and helps preserve the natural colour. Usage rate is 0.6%.
