Our Sifted Superfine Pinhead Rusk is the finest rusk, used when a really smooth texture is desired. The grade or blend used is dependent upon the speed of absorption required, the appearance and texture required of the finished product.
Rusk binds with water and seasoning to make the ideal sausage or burger mix. This Rusk has a high water absorption rate and minimum shrinkage during cooking.
