Text:  I’ve been using the homecuring.co.uk’s Chargrilled Burger Seasoning for a number of years now and find it delicious it has a lovely smokey pepperish flavour that enhances whatever mince you use.my go to mince is Turkey leg mince (I’ve tried the breast mince but it’s too dry).I was told that the flavour might be a bit too strong for the turkey and to perhaps make it with less of the seasoning but I have always used the maximum per batch and find it perfect.I mix mostly by hand although I have used my mixer also.This product has converted me into making my own burgers for life I don’t think I will ever buy a pre made burger again as that would just disappoint.
