I got the Sweet Apple Sausage Seasoning with the thought of making apple and pork burgers.So I mixed the seasoning with the pork mince in the same Quantities as the packet instructed for the sausages.I have to say that whilst the seasoning was spot on it wasn’t so great made into burgers as the burgers just tasted like sausages with a different texture.That being said if you’re making sausages this will really work out well for you as it really is super tasty.you get the flavour of the apple coming through where I find with some you can’t taste the apple at all.
