Returns & Replacements

We hope you will love everything you order from Surfy's, but you have 30 days to return anything you don't want to keep. You don't need to contact us for a returns number. Simply repack the item carefully and send it back to us including your order number and reason for return.

We recommend you retain proof of postage and use a trackable delivery service for returns. If the goods don't arrive back with us, or are not in sellable condition, we will be unable to give you a refund.

Refunds are made promptly using your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund after seven working days, please contact us and we'll investigate.
