A blend of Kosher Sea Salt, Raw Cane Sugar and Sodium Nitrite.

500g pack will cure 14.25KG of meat

As well as Pork Hams and Bacon, why not try : Lamb Ham, Turkey Ham, Brisket Bacon, Cured Duck Breasts.

Completely safe with ANY meat if used as directed at the usage rate specified.

Usage rate: 35g per kilo of meat.

Available in 500g, 1.5kg, 2.5kg and 5kg quantities.

ALLERGENS: None

Store in a cool, dry & dark place, away from direct sunlight.
Once opened, reseal and store as above.
